We may use aggregated, de-identified data — for example, overall sentiment trends across all users on a given ticker — for analytics, research, or commercial purposes (such as providing anonymised sentiment summaries to third parties). Aggregated data will never include your individual identity, email, or mobile number.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information to service providers who help us run the site (for example, hosting, database, and SMS verification providers), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Public content (username, votes, comments) may be retained in de-identified or aggregated form after account deletion, to preserve the integrity of historical poll results and leaderboard records.
