10bag is a free community discussion and polling site about ASX-listed stocks. Users post Yes/No predictions on community-submitted questions and discuss them in comments.

10bag does not buy, sell, hold, or facilitate the buying or selling of any financial product. No money is wagered, staked, or exchanged between users at any point.

The poll percentages shown are simply a tally of community votes — not a market price, odds, or a probability calculated or endorsed by 10bag.

You must be 18 or older and capable of forming a binding contract under Australian law to use 10bag.

One account per person. Accounts are tied to a verified mobile number. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate votes, polls, or leaderboard rankings is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

You must not post content that:

• is defamatory;
• could constitute market manipulation or misleading conduct under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth);
• promotes illegal activity;
• harasses or doxxes another user, including attempting to reveal another user's real identity;
• constitutes spam.

10bag may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, at its discretion.

Polls submitted by users are reviewed before publication. They may be rejected or edited for clarity — for example, to ensure an unambiguous resolution date and source.

10bag or its moderators determine the final Yes/No resolution of each poll based on the stated resolution source, acting reasonably and in good faith. Resolution decisions are final.

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant 10bag a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and — in aggregated or anonymised form — analyse that content for the operation and promotion of the site, including aggregated sentiment statistics.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10bag, its operators, and moderators are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on any content posted on the site.

10bag may suspend or terminate any account for breach of these terms, suspected manipulation of votes, polls, or the leaderboard, or at its discretion to maintain the integrity of the site.

10bag may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
